Exchange Policy:

At Sister Snatched, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To facilitate a smooth exchange process, we have developed the following exchange policy:

Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchanges are only applicable for sizing issues. We do not offer exchanges for changes in style or preference.
• To be eligible for an exchange, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order.
• The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• The original packaging must also be included with the returned item(s).

Exchange Period:

• Customers have 48 hours from the date of receiving their order to request an exchange.
• Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Exchange Process:

• To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at @sistersnatched.in within the 48-hour window.
• Our customer service team will guide customers through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the item(s)
