Refund policy

We understand that the ordered size might not always be perfect for you, hence we provide options for both, exchanges and alterations, to all our clients.

We currently only accept exchanges. We don’t do refunds.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • We offer exchanges not refunds. We are made-to-order brand hence we specifically make orders, only when we receive an order. This is because we want each piece to be hand stitched with perfection & every piece ensures the most premium fabrics in the market.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order.
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • The original packaging must also be included with the returned item(s).
  • Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned. 
    Hence, we encourage you to get in touch with us if have any confusions related to sizes or measurements, our team will actively guide you and help you with which size should be perfect for you.

Exchange Period:

  • Customers have 48 hours from the date of receiving their order to request an exchange.
  • Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
  • First alterations are free of cost from us to all our clients. 
  • The product needs to be shipped back to us by the client for exchange or any kind of alterations. For the first alteration/exchange, we will take care of the return shipment charges i.e. from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at sistersnatched.in@gmail.com/9501333788 within the 48-hour window.
  • Our customer service team will guide customers through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the item(s)


If the outfit is out of stock for exchange, you can buy any other item or customize an outfit of your choice in an equal or higher value within 30 days.
Please note that in case of exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees so make sure you go through the measurement chart carefully and select the size correctly.
You can contact us in case of any doubt or confusion regarding sizes.

Custom: We also do custom sizes and make custom designs for our clients. Custom designs or sizes cannot be exchanged or returned.

International Orders: We provide international worldwide shipping. We do not accept exchanges for any order shipped internationally.
